We only provide a warranty for cases where the Business Manager (BM) has not been used within 24 hours (no payment method added, no ad accounts created, no ads created, no currency information changed, etc.).
If you have only accessed the BM without doing anything else within 24 hours and the BM gets disabled or Ad account disable, you can request a 1-to-1 replacement from us.
However, if you request to remove the BM Admin (Out all admin), the warranty becomes void as soon as we remove all admins from your BM, even if it is still within the 24-hour period.
No, there isn't a way to guarantee 100% success when appealing ad account disables. There are no secret methods. Even though it might look like I have many successful appeals, I've actually had a lot of Business Managers (BMs) disabled, and only a fraction of my appeals are successful in getting them reactivated.
